What if I have my own personal motorcycle insurance; can I use it instead of commercial insurance?

Yes. If you have your own personal motorcycle insurance, you may use it instead of the daily commercial insurance, as long as your policy includes collision coverage and transfers to rental motorcycles. We will verify your policy prior to pickup. Geico and Progressive 100%, State Farm and others hit or miss.

Our commercial rental insurance is $35 per day. Using personal insurance is $25 per day, saving you $10 per day and NO security DEPOSITS of $500 to $5,000. A valid credit card is kept on file only for potential damage claims. Your deductible is your policy deductible.

What is your cancellation or weather policy?

We understand plans—and Florida weather—can change, but weather alone is not always a reason for cancellation.

• 7 days or more before your rental – Full refund
 • Less than 7 days but more than 24 hours – Credit for future use
 • Less than 24 hours or no-shows – No refund

Weather-related requests are reviewed case by case. Light rain or passing showers do not qualify for cancellation. If conditions are unsafe to ride, we’ll work with you to reschedule or issue a credit when appropriate.

What if I have a mechanical issue while riding?

If you have a mechanical issue:
 • Pull over safely and contact us right away using the emergency number provided
 • Roadside assistance is included on touring models and available for non-touring bikes
 • Towing is included when needed

Thanks to the Harley-Davidson dealer network, you’re usually towed to a nearby dealer quickly. Many issues can be handled while you relax, grab lunch or dinner, and take a break—we stay involved to help coordinate everything.
